HR Executive

• Maintain performance-related records and assist management with performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of employee performance appraisal processes.
• Implementation of performance management programs, including facilitating employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Assist in compensation and benefits programs by processing benefits enrollment, claims, and assisting with payroll coordination.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and support onboarding processes to help new hires adapt smoothly into the organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing clear and timely information.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and support strategic HR decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
