HR Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare appointment, confirmation, transfer, and promotion letters.
• Assist in EOBI, SESSI, and labor law compliance.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
