HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Manage employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
• Assist in payroll processing and salary-related coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Handle employee exit formalities and maintain exit documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate should be responsible, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to coordinate with employees and management effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and basic HR processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
