Position: Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
• Manage foreign worker administration, including work permits, employment passes, and renewal of relevant documents.
• Coordinate foreign worker recruitment, onboarding, accommodation, and welfare.
• Monitor foreign workers’ permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Liaise with relevant government departments, agencies, and service providers on foreign worker matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and immigration regulations.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR, especially in foreign worker management.
• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and foreign worker employment procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administrative tasks.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
