HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment to employee matters. You will act as the bridge between management and staff and help maintain a positive, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn, and shortlist resumes
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
• Conduct induction for new joiners and complete their documentation

Attendance and Payroll

• Maintain records of attendance, leave and overtime
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and share them with the accounts team
• Support statutory compliance for PF, ESIC and Professional Tax

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries and grievances and work toward resolution
• Organise employee engagement activities and festival celebrations
• Ensure HR policies and company rules are followed

HR Administration

• Keep employee personal files and HR records up to date
• Support the performance appraisal process
• Manage exits: resignations, full and final settlement, experience letters
• Prepare a monthly HR report covering headcount, attrition and hiring status

Qualifications and Skills

Required

• MBA / PGDM in HR, or MSW / BBA with HR experience
• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
• Good spoken and written Gujarati, Hindi and English
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC and labour laws

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
