Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Manager to manage our company's human resources operations, employee attendance, HR policies, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance, leave records, employee working hours, and punctuality.
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies, rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace conduct.
• Assist management in handling employee grievances and HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
• Coordinate with management to improve employee productivity and workplace efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of attendance management, recruitment, HR policies, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with all departments.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently manage the complete HR function of a growing company and establish proper systems, policies, and employee management procedures.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
