HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our manufacturing plant in Umbergaon. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong foundation in end-to-end HR operations in a factory environment. You will support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day-to-day employee relations on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer process).
• Handle joining formalities, induction, and onboarding of new employees (documentation, ID cards, induction sessions).
• Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, shifts) in physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime, and leave management with production/operations teams.
• Support payroll inputs (attendance data, incentives, deductions) and coordinate with the payroll team/vendor.
• Assist in statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Factories Act, and other applicable labour laws.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives on the factory floor.
• Handle basic employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager / Plant Head.
• Support exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and ensure timely documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR (freshers with strong internship exposure in manufacturing/HR are welcome).
• Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and factory working culture.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – especially Excel for attendance & reports.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi/Gujarati.
• Willingness to work from the factory location in Umbergaon and interact with workmen on the floor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain discipline, and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to HRMS / attendance systems (biometric, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Factories Act compliance.
• Experience or internship in a manufacturing / industrial setup.
