HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions across our school branches. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing abilities, and the capability to close vacancies within defined timelines.

• Handle recruitment for teaching, administrative, accounts, admission, and support staff positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from the respective departments and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the respective Heads of School and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain a database of candidates, interview feedback, and recruitment status.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and urgent vacancies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
