Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Onboarding: Managing joining formalities, documentation, and induction of new employees.
• Employee Management: Maintaining employee records and handling employee queries.
• Attendance & Leave: Tracking attendance, leaves, and working hours.
• Payroll & Compliance: Coordinating salary processing, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• HR Operations: Preparing HR letters, maintaining HR databases, and updating employee files.
• Employee Engagement: Organizing employee activities and supporting a positive work environment.
• Exit Formalities: Managing resignation processes, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of PF, ESI, payroll, and labour law compliance.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; an HR specialization is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 yrs

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
