HR EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about Human Resources and good at managing people? We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organised Human Resources Executive to manage our cleaning workforce assigned to bank premises throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Employee & Workforce Management

• Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and discipline of cleaners assigned to bank premises.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances, misconduct, and other workplace issues.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and arrange replacement cleaners when necessary.
• Develop strategies to retain cleaners and reduce employee turnover.
• Maintain good relationships with cleaners and ensure client satisfaction with their performance.

2. Payroll & Claims Administration

• Monitor attendance records and prepare accurate payroll information.
• Process employee claims, allowances, and other related payments.
• Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Recruit and source suitable cleaners to fill vacancies.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure new employees understand company policies, job responsibilities, and client requirements.

4. Training & Performance Improvement

• Organise and conduct training for cleaners on cleaning standards, work procedures, discipline, and customer service.
• Monitor cleaner performance and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Head of HR on attendance, employee turnover, client complaints, training, and performance improvements.
• Follow up on client feedback and ensure cleaners meet the bank's service expectations.

5. Government & Statutory Matters

• Handle HR matters relating to government departments and statutory bodies.
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory employment requirements.
• Ensure employee documentation and HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian labour laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent/relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in payroll, attendance management, recruitment, and employee relations is an advantage.
• Experience managing contract workers, or a large frontline workforce is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage employee issues professionally.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel to bank sites throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
