HR Executive (Compensation)

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to support compensation, expatriate management, budgets and projects with key stakeholders and headquarter.

• Manage compensation activities including market benchmarking, annual salary review cycles and internal equity alignment

• Support manpower planning and HR budget management

• Collaborate with government agencies and stay updated on relevant policies/programs to support workforce mobility

• Create management reports and dashboards, analyzing C&B metrics for insights

• Support expatriate management (relocation, housing, tax equalization, international benefits, work pass coordination) and end-to-end assignment support with external vendors

• Support HR projects, regulatory changes and urgent business needs (including backup for Payroll & Benefits)

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management / Business Management (or equivalent)
• About 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data visualization skills
• Strong analytical skills, integrity and excellent communication
• Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
