HR Executive - Contractual

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across departments.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability, interest, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts with the concerned team.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and follow up with candidates effectively.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.
