What they need
- Recruitment Exercise (Manpower Requisition, Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interview, Salary Recommendation, Job Offer and etc.)
- Prepare staff to come on board (Signing of Employment Contract)
- Work Pass Administration (Application, Renewal, Replacement and Cancellation)
- Arrange pre-employment medical examination
- Create and maintain employee records (Open P-Files and input particulars to SAP System)
- Employer branding (Career Fair & Scholarship/Sponsorship Programme with SgIS)
- Coordinating the execution of transportation strategies to enhance logistics efficiency and achieve timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain accurate fleet records.
- Communicate with drivers and technicians.
- Generating detailed daily reports that provide a comprehensive overview of deployment activities, highlighting key performance metrics, deviations from plans, and any exceptional occurrences
