HR Executive freelance

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable profiles.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure quality hiring within stipulated timelines.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
