HR Executive (Generalist · Builder Profile)

We are a lean direct sales and D2C company with fewer than 20 internal staff. We do not have an HR department — no handbook, no onboarding flow, no formal performance review process. You are not coming in to maintain a system. You are coming in to build one. What You Will Build (First 90 Days) · Day 1–90 Onboarding Flow and Probation Review Framework · Annual Performance Review and PIP Process · Employee Handbook (aligned with Employment Act 1955) · Culture implementation — not a poster on the wall, but a process that runs Once built, you own HR operations: recruitment, attendance, statutory compliance (EPF / SOCSO / EIS / PCB), and employee relations. This Role Is For You If · You have worked as a one- or two-person HR team in a company with fewer than 50 staff · You have built a handbook, onboarding flow, or performance framework before — and you have something to show for it · You are comfortable moving without a playbook · You communicate naturally in Chinese (team's working language) This Role Is Not For You If · Your experience is primarily payroll processing or HR shared services in a large company · You need an established SOP before you can start · You are looking for a structured HR environment to plug into Requirements · 3–5 years HR generalist experience · Solid understanding of Malaysian employment law (Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) · Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
