HR Executive (Generalist)

HarSun Soft Systems is hiring a motivated HR Executive for our Nallur location (near sriperumbudur). This is an entry-level position open to freshers who are eager to build a career in Human Resources management within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate the onboarding, orientation, and document verification for new employees.
• Maintain complete employee records, leave logs, and daily attendance files.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative operations and address general employee queries.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and statutory compliance processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers welcome.
• Key Skills: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word), and strong organization skills.
• Joining: Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
