HR Executive (Generalist)

About the role:

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle full-spectrum HR for our HQ, outlets and warehouse teams.

Job location:

• Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
• Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line)
• Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations: onboarding, confirmation and offboarding
• Manage employee records, leave and attendance
• Support payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955
• Handle employee relations and staff engagement activities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• 1–2 years of HR generalist experience
• Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information
