HR Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and lead new hire orientation.
• Employee Relations: Answer staff questions, resolve workplace conflicts, and guide managers on disciplinary actions.
• Records and Administration: Maintain accurate employee files using the company HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Compliance: Ensure company rules follow local labor laws and update internal policies.
• Benefits and Payroll Support: Assist with benefits administration and coordinate with finance for payroll processing.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an HR role.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of general labor laws and HRIS software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
