HR Executive (Generalist)

HR Generalist (Honda)

Experience: Minimum 1 year as an HR Generalist
Industry: Automobile experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle the complete employee life cycle, from joining to exit formalities.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and applicable labour laws.
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and attendance regularisation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and full and final settlements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Automobile industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
