HR Executive - Generalist
5 days (Monday-Friday)
Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)
Basic Salary: $3300 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment activities by liaising with employment agencies, arranging interviews and following up on candidate progress.
• Manage employee onboarding and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Support monthly payroll processing by checking TMS records, attendance, overtime claims and employee information.
• Maintain accurate employee personal, leave and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, confirmation, increment, promotion and other employee letters.
• Monitor employee confirmation and performance appraisal schedules, ensuring timely completion by supervisors.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc HR reports, and coordinate training activities and employee welfare initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and departments, working closely with the HR Manager on HR and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good coordination skills in managing external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
