Job Title: HR Executive HR & Administration

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary – 3-5lacs

Location – Mumbai

Responsibilities:

HR:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Employee documentation and record management.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Payroll coordination and employee data management.
• Employee engagement activities and employee relations.
• Implementation of HR policies and employee communication.
• Handling employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.

Compliance & Employee Benefits:

• Coordination and management of employee insurance policies.
• Administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
• Ensuring statutory and company compliance requirements are met.
• Maintaining HR compliance records and documentation.
• Supporting audits and compliance-related activities.

Administration:

• Office administration and facility management.
• Vendor coordination and housekeeping supervision.
• Managing office supplies, stationery, and office assets.
• Travel, accommodation, and event coordination.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee benefits.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualification

Graduate / MBA -HR preferred.
