HR Executive / HR Asst

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR and administrative activities, including employee records and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and employee data.
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate payroll records.
• Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangements and onboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, notices and other employee-related documents.
• Assist in employee relations, disciplinary matters and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
• Assist with statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRD Corp.
• Coordinate training and employee development activities.
• Support HR initiatives and other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience; fresh graduates may be considered for HR Assistant.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
