HR Executive (HR Generalist)

Established in 2022, OUR STAY specializes in property management (vacation home management, short-term rental optimization, and Airbnb hospitality services), and also provides cleaning and renovation service. POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist
• Reports To: Director
• Working Hours: 5-Day Work | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary: RM 4,000- RM 5,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and personal records.
• Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, resignation and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents and employee files.
• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements and onboarding.
• Handle general HR and administrative matters.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures, employee's KPI, welfare & benefits are properly implemented
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant parties when required.
• Provide administrative support to the management and daily office operations.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in general HR & Admin. Added advantage for candidate with experience in start up company or required to work independently.
• Well-versed in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy challenges, resilient and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Preferably hands-on experience in payroll and statutory contributions, set up KPI & company policies.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR procedures.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
