Tech Cluster Designwala is looking for a motivated and responsible HR professional or HR Intern to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, organizing tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with different departments for daily HR activities.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR reports.
• Help ensure office policies, attendance rules, and HR procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers may apply for the HR Intern position.
• Candidates with prior HR or recruitment experience may apply for the HR Executive position.
