HR Executive Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. Freshers with +2 or any degree are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee communication and engagement activities
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain databases
• Coordinate with candidates and employees when required

• Qualification: +2 / Any Degree
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team
