Responsibilities

* Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities

* Post job vacancies on different platforms

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

* Coordinate interviews with candidates

* Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates

* Maintain and update candidate records

* Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities

* Support employee onboarding and documentation

* Participate in HR-related projects and activities

Eligibility

* Candidates who have completed +2 or any Degree can apply

* Freshers are welcome

* No prior HR experience required

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Willingness to learn and develop HR skills

* Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
