HR Executive - Intern

Job Title: HR Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Conduct initial HR screening and candidate follow-ups.

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.

Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.

Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

Coordinate with employees for compliance and document collection.

Maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Graduate in Human Resources, Management, or any related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
