HR EXECUTIVE (JUNIOR)

Job Summary

Summary: Build the people engine behind one of Hyderabads fastest-growing engineering companies. A generalist HR role with real ownership from Day 1 - ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure, a fast learning curve and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles - sourcing through onboarding
• Post job descriptions across LinkedIn, Naukri and job boards; manage inbound applications
• Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers and hiring dashboards for management
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires - documents, induction schedules, joining kits
• Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave management and HR documentation
• Support payroll inputs - attendance, LOP tracking and variable components
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications
• Comply with Arial Engineerings Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
• Complete any other associated task requested by the management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Recruiter role
• Graduate degree - MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed for hiring
• High attention to detail - accurate in documentation and data management
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Energetic, people-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
