Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
  负责招聘相关工作，包括人才搜寻、简历筛选、面试安排及入职流程。

• Handle employee-related matters and support employee engagement initiatives.
  处理员工相关事务，并协助提升员工参与度及团队凝聚力。

• Assist in administering salary, allowances, attendance and employee benefits.
  协助处理薪资、津贴、出勤及员工福利等相关事务。

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with applicable employment requirements.
  协助执行公司人事政策，并确保相关人事流程符合适用的雇佣法规及要求。

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain relevant HR records.
  负责员工入职及离职流程，并维护相关人事资料及记录。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  人力资源、工商管理或相关专业文凭/学位。

• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with solid experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  1-3年相关人事工作经验，具备扎实的招聘及人事运营经验。

• Good knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations and employee relations.
  熟悉人事管理、雇佣法规及员工关系相关工作。

• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  具备良好的沟通、协调及人际交往能力。

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  具备良好的组织及多任务处理能力，能够有效安排工作优先级。

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  工作认真负责、积极主动、注重细节，并能够独立完成工作。

• Experience in payroll administration is an added advantage.
  具备薪资管理经验者优先。
