• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
• Handle attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Support HR policies, employee engagement and general HR operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation
