HR Executive – Mid-Level

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain trackers, and update employee information.
• Coordinate with employees and internal departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, leave, and other HR activities.
• Ensure HR documents and employee records are organized and maintained accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRMS and recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
