HR Executive (Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other staff movement activities.
• Utilize HR systems to maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in a timely manner.
• Review and process employee expense claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks, HR policies, and related documentation across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to address HR administrative matters and provide basic policy guidance.
• Generate HR reports and support data management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Undertake other HR operational and administrative duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements/ Details:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or related fields will have an added advantage. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply too!
• Comfortable working with HRIS or other digital systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to support HR processes.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
