Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive - Operations to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, verification, and induction.
• Maintain employee records and update HRMS.
• Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) with vendors and follow up on pending cases.
• Follow up with new joiners and HRBPs for pending documents.
• Handle HR letters, attendance, and leave-related queries.
• Manage employee exit formalities and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Prepare HR trackers and MIS reports for audits and internal records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and HRMS tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
