HR Executive (Part Time)

• Recruitment & Staffing: Managing full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and improving employee engagement.
• Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing compensation, and administering benefits.
• Compliance & Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Performance Management: Assisting with employee evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and QuickHR software
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly meticulous, dependable and trustworthy in handling payroll matters
• Able to commit 4 days per week, 6 hours per day
