HR Executive (Payroll)

1. Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement

2. Process payroll and manage data using Whyze (Singapore) and related cloud payroll system (Malaysia)

3. Prepare payroll reports, bank files, and ensure timely salary disbursement

4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF/EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD and etc.)

5. Maintain and update payroll and HRIS records with high accuracy

6. Handle employee claims, salary adjustments, and compensation-related matters

7. Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime data to ensure accurate payroll computation

8. Calculate and verify variable payroll components (e.g. commissions, bonuses, service charge distribution, etc.)

9. Support payroll processing for multiple outlets/business units

10. Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR matters

11. Liaise with statutory bodies, auditors, and external parties when required

12. Calculate and tabulate variable payroll components, including commissions, incentives, service points, and other related earnings, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

13. Prepare periodic payroll and HR reports for management

14. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

15. Support daily HR administration and employee lifecycle processes

16. Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in payroll or compensation and benefits administration will have an added advantage.

·       Hands-on experience in Malaysia payroll and statutory requirements is a must

·       Experience in handling multi-country payroll (e.g. Malaysia and Singapore) will be an added advantage

·       Experience in managing variable pay components in retail, service or F&B industry will be an added advantage

·       Familiarity with HRIS/cloud payroll systems is an advantage

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers

·       Good organisational and time management skills

·       Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Able to work independently and as part of a team
