Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate HR Executive (Payroll) to manage payroll processing and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
• Assist with payroll reconciliation, employee queries, and HR documentation.
• Maintain payroll confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS/payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
