As a HR Executive (Payroll), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Prepare and process payroll inputs, including new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.
• Conduct payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with statutory submissions, including CPF contributions, IRAS reporting and other regulatory requirements.
• Address employees’ payroll-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation statements for Finance.
• Support HRMS and payroll system migration activities, including system testing, data validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with post-implementation system stabilisation and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines and ensure accurate and timely processing.
