HR Executive (Payroll | HR Operations)

• Position: HR Executive (Payroll | HR Operations)
• Location: Toa Payoh
• Working hours: 5 days | Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.45pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Dental Benefits + Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction | Building Materials Distributor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum HR operations including payroll, leave, benefits, work passes, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support manpower planning, HR reporting, confirmation, contract renewal, salary review and performance appraisal exercises.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate annual training plans.
• Maintain training records, training matrix, grants, claims and sponsorship matters.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and work pass administration would be advantageous
• Exposure to Learning & Development | training coordination preferred
• ISO 13485 knowledge will be an advantage
