HR Executive (Real Estate)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning as per organizational requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Implement and monitor employee performance management and review processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, discipline, and employee regularization.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, and employee benefits.
• Conduct employee reviews and engagement activities to improve performance and retention.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Manage employee exit, handover, and full & final formalities.
• 10. Maintain accurate employee-wise HR documentation, records, and files.
• Support the development and maintenance of the organization structure, departments, and reporting hierarchy.
