HR Executive (Recruitment)

• Human Resources Support: Assist with job postings, schedule interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding and orientation.
• Records and Data: Maintain physical and digital employee files, update internal databases, and track attendance or leave logs.
• Payroll and Compliance: Gather attendance inputs for payroll processing and help manage basic statutory compliance files.
• Office Administration: Oversee facility maintenance, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate travel or event logistics.
• Communication: Answer staff questions regarding company policies, handle the HR helpdesk, and assist with employee engagement events.
• Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR or general administrative support role.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), good communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS software, employee databases, or basic payroll tools.
• Traits: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational capability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
