Job Description – Recruitment Executive

Position: Recruitment Executive / Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Recruiter to join our HR team in Surat. The candidate will primarily be responsible for calling candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for current job openings.
• Explain the job role, responsibilities, salary, location, and other relevant details.
• Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the hiring team.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and other channels.
• Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making recruitment calls and speaking with candidates.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,759.38 - ₹20,248.63 per month
