HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documents.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including uniform arrangements, hostel/accommodation bookings, flight and hotel bookings (where applicable), orientation schedules, and branch coordination.
• Maintain recruitment records, employee files, and onboarding checklists.
• Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company trips.
• Support general HR administrative duties and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking candidates.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend & Public Holiday off
