What they need
Position: HR Executive
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Job Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Week Off: Every Sunday
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Good coordination skills
- Career-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding clients' HR requirements.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conducting initial/telephonic interviews.
- Shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Following up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Email communication with clients.
- Negotiating salary and joining dates.
- Completing joining formalities.
