About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for our manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across plant and corporate functions, while ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, plant, and corporate roles
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, consultancies, and campus drives
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panel members
• Negotiate and release offer letters within approved budgets

Onboarding & Documentation

• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documentation

Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers (sourcing, status, TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
• Share regular hiring updates and reports with management

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS/trackers
