HR Executive (Recruitment)

We are currently looking for an HR Executive for our Mumbai office.

An ideal candidate will be someone with 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication and calling skills, and preferably someone residing around Chandivali/Powai/Andheri.

Location : Chandivali

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and candidate calling.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage follow-ups, offer releases and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database and hiring MIS.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee expenses and HR records.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Support basic employee engagement and administrative activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment & HR support
• Excellent communication, calling and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Good Excel/HR documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
