HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviJob ews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri, is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
