HR Executive / Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Payroll & Benefits:
  Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Compliance & Statutory:
  Prepare and submit statutory forms (e.g., CP21, CP22, CP22A) and handle e-stamping or JTK-related documentation.
• Employee Relations:
  Support Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
• Administration:
  Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage general HR administrative tasks, such as letter preparation and leave tracking.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1–3 years (Assistant) or 3–5 years (Senior Executive) of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and prevailing labor laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas and data management).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with specific stakeholders).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
