Job Summary

Support the company’s day-to-day HR functions, with a focus on payroll, recruitment, employee administration and work pass matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll for office and frontline employees.
• Manage payroll involving sales commissions, tiered incentives, treatment/service commissions, product commissions, performance bonuses, deductions and other variable pay components.
• Ensure payroll, commission calculations and adjustments are accurate and completed on time.
• Handle recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and employee documentation.
• Manage employment contracts, confirmation, resignation and offboarding matters.
• Maintain attendance, leave, off days and employee records.
• Handle Work Permit and other work passes applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare HR reports, staff notices, letters and management updates.
• Draft and maintain HR policies, internal notices and communications in both English and Chinese.
• Support employee relations and general day-to-day HR matters.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with Singapore employment requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of hands-on payroll experience.
• Candidates with payroll experience in retail, beauty, aesthetic, wellness, F&B or other service-line industries will be given priority.
• Experience handling sales commissions, tiered incentives, bonuses and variable payroll structures is highly preferred.
• No diploma or degree is required; relevant hands-on HR and payroll experience is more important.
• Must be highly proficient in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
• As Chinese is a key working language within the company, candidates must be able to independently prepare professional Chinese reports, staff notices, HR communications and management updates.
• Must be able to draft professional HR policies, letters and internal documents in both English and Chinese.
• Organised, accurate, responsible and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and service environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore HR practices and MOM work pass matters is preferred.
