What they need
We are urgently hiring for HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive for Delhi. Details of the job responsibilities are as follows:
Doing end to end recruitment process, onboarding in a fast paced manner
Handling documentation, filing, verification as per the requirement.
Maintaining attendance, leave record, late coming, early going, joining and exit details
Assisting in preparing Payroll.
Handling Full and Final process, issuing offer, appointment, experience, warning letters.
Handling employee grievances and issues.
Maintaining all the data in files.
Organizing Birthday and other celebrations. Arranging for purchasing items
Required qualification and experience :
Minimum graduate from a recognized university
3-5 years of experience in HR profile
Decent English communication is required for day to day work
Detail oriented and immediate joiner is preferred
Locations : Nehru Place, Delhi
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
