HR Executive (Tawau, Sabah)

Based in Tawau office, Sabah.

Responsibilities:

• Manage worker-level checkroll verification accurately and timely.
• Handle statutory payment and compliance including PCB, EPF, SOCSO and related submission.
• Perform checkroll analysis, and monitoring wages components such as overtime, allowances and deductions.
• Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Business Administration/ Management or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Knowledge in Workers’ checkroll or payroll would be added advantage.
• Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to travel.
